- Returns and exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days of good receipt from the date you are receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.
- If you would like to exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below.
- Return at your own cost.

You will notify us of the reason for the return and if you require an exchanged item to be held for you to process a fast exchange. It the item you would like to exchange is of a lower value you can get a store credit for the different amount for an unlimited amount of time or we can issue a refund for that amount.
If you would like to return the item we will issue a full refund as soon as we receive the item and we check its condition.
Due to the select nature of our merchandise, we regret we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchange. If you wish to exchange for a different style, you will need to email us to check stock availability and hold the style for exchange.

Courier: For returns sent by courier, please use a reputable courier company with a tracking number and return your goods to the above address.
We will not take responsibility in case of a lost package and we cannot provide neither a return or an exchange in this case.
The Return or Exchange package they must be clearly marked as NON COMMERCIAL VALUE.
The cost for Shipping , duties and tax for return will be paid by the customer, we do not refund any shipping charges for goods returned.
Items for exchange will be shipped at our own cost.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or your refund
We endeavor to process returns as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your return once processed.
